According to one of the “Parkinson” Laws 70% of the money for welfare programs goes to the administrators and bureaucracy not the poor.
C. Northcott Parkinson was a sociologist who annunciated this and a couple of others. Expenditure rises to meet revenue for governments was another and I can’t remember the third.

You’re forgetting about all those government employees pension plans. It’s not about the poor, it’s about government employees.
Well. sh*t, that explains the fat welfare momma down the road who collects $40,000 in cash every year and another $30,000 in medicaire and a free section 8 housing in the brown bungalow.
The fat welfare momma pretends to be crazy, and that’s worth $1,100 per month. Each of her six kids have ADD, so that’s another $650 per kid. Then she gets $2,000 each month in cash payments, which doesn’t include her $900 per month in food stamps.
Let’s see how long this post stays up, because every time I do a dollar analysis of my local fat welfare momma, the post gets pulled by one of the PC FR hall monitors.
