Proposition 30 Fails the Test of Honest Education Reform

I notice that the schools in my district piss and moan about not having enough money for books, yet they all have brand new solar arrays shading their parking lots.

The high school my son goes to just put in solar panels in the parking lot. Nice of them to do so during the school year rather than when the kids went on break.
