Part of the subway and the commuter rail lines should be up and running tomorrow. It’s the area below 34th street that’s he problem, including the Financial District. Flooded tunnels after Sandy raged into the streets there.

I have dove in water that clear before. I kinda doubt the subways are that clear though.

Rudy really cleaned up NYC when he was mayor. I understand that Fiji, Perrier and others bottle their water using NYC water.
