Accountability for our elected official is obtained through our constitutional processes. Our Congress is not subject to strict accountability except at election. Criminal conviction can remove them, too, but there are no recall provisions.
Since I doubt if you have even read Robert’s opinion I will pass on taking your interpretation of it.

We no longer have a Constitution, so law is no longer an option for accountability. The broom action must therefore come from you and me.
