I don’t know what he predicted in 2008, but in 2010 he predicted that the GOP would gain about 70 House seats. The GOP won 63 and Morris was way closer than a lot of analysts.
He was amazingly accurate as the net gain was indeed 63 seats. The GOP actually won 66 seats total as three of those seats were GOP held retirements which were retained.
