Justice Dept. Looks Into State's Ban On Prison-Guard Beards

In all fairness, beards probably don't do a very good job guarding prisons.

Have these asswads sign a binding legal document that should they die as a result of their facial hair oreventing safe operating conditions they recieve no government insurance payout and their family is legally prevented from suing to get money..

When someone applys for a job , and finds that there is a requirement ( for safety reasons) for no beards , or even facial hair , he should disqualify himself.

To knowingly apply for a job that they are not capable of following , they are guilty of Sandra Flukeing the system !

Fluke him !!
