Looking at the TV coverage this morning it was starting to look like Katrina after a couples of days. Where’s FEMA?

FEMA is probably negotiating with the unions to see who will deliver the emergency supplies.

There are FEMA people down by Atlantic Beach and Long Beach on the South Shore of Long Island - from what I am told by family members, they are taking claims, seeing what people need, etc.
