Robert Gibbs: Romney in Pennsylvania is 'desperate'
Politico ^ | November 2, 2012 | By KEVIN ROBILLARD

Robert Gibbs, a top adviser to President Barack Obama’s reelection effort, said Friday that visits to Pennsylvania by the GOP ticket are a sign Republicans are getting “desperate.”

“I think it means the Romney-Ryan campaign is desperate to figure out how to win this race outside of the states that they’ve been contesting it in for 15 months,” Gibbs said on CBS’ “This Morning.” “I think that’s all Pennsylvania is for the Romney-Ryan campaign. Look, John McCain spent the last weekend of 2008 in Pennsylvania in a desperate attempt to do this as well.

On the other hand, Gibbs said Obama’s visits to Wisconsin — a safe state on all the paths to victory suggested by the Obama team — were just an insurance measure.

“We want to lock it in,” Gibbs said, adding the president will present his case “one last time.” Other Obama aides have implied the state was safe until GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney selected Wisconsin Rep. Paul Ryan as his running mate.

Yeah, it’s desperate that Obama’s electoral firewall collapsed, and Romney is on the offensive.

Whatever, it must help keep them going.

Yep. When I think of Romney, the first vision I have is of someone who is “desperate.”. Gibbs, you’re a turkey.

Gibbs was on WBT (Charlotte) this morning and the radio interviewer asked him, “Why isn’t THE WHITE HOUSE issuing any statement about Benghazi?” Gibbs did his usual dance by saying “Oh um we’re still investigating and stuff.”

It’s laughable, and the info is getting out.

Yes, Mr. Gibbs. If Romney going to PA is an “act of desperation”, then why is the Marxist spending millions of dollars in PA ad buys to counter? Why isn’t the Marxist camped out in his locked down havens of FL and VA for the next 3 days, instead of frenetically campaigning in states that were supposed to be cakewalks for him?

One of the most annoying aspects of Obama's entire Presidency is the pathological need of his administration to propagandize and politicize everything. Nothing is ever allowed to pass without comment.

I don’t ever think of using the words ‘Romney’ and ‘desperate’ in the same sentence, unless the word ‘Obama’ is inserted between them: Mr. Romney, being a person of class and a true statesman, refused to call Mr. Obama ‘desperate’, even when Mr. Obama continued to spread lies and falsehoods.
Gibbs is a punk loser and hopefully he moves to Europe and forever leaves my viewing pleasures. He is one of the worst liars in the Obama administration, and can tell he is lying when his lips are moving.

Gibbs is already gone. Unfortunately he was around back in 2008 and imagines all those Democrat voters are still out there ready to vote.

In reality those Dems are there ~ but as they demonstrated in 2010 about 30 million of them are prepared to NOT VOTE.

Just like that, one election to the next, the Dems lost 40% of their voters!

The Republican voter fall off in 2010 was just 25% ~

The Republicans would have been well advised to conduct a massive voter registration drive, and be prepared to take folks to the polls!

Baghdad Bob Gibbs has mortar fire all around him yet he’s standing there telling lies to the final bitter end. After this election, this weasle will disappear just like the real Baghdad Bob did in Iraq.
