In the last few years I’ve even seen a number of calls for the repeal of the 21st Amendment. That’s an issue that I thought was settled once and for all.

And here I didn't even realize I was being argumentative. I'm not sure why or how, but you've certainly taken something I've said out of the spirit in which I said it.
