If any of that is happening, it's isolated. I know because I am on the ground here. What is happening is there is some panic/realization that there will be very little to no gas available. People are lining up and for the most part being orderly. Some asses are trying to cut/cheat and the others will have no part of that. I am sure there will be some isolated violence, but the burger restaurant and bar down the block are open for business.

I spoke to a relief worker five minutes ago, and you are absolutely correct. Their only crimiinal worry has been gas thieves with siphons.
