Well, I cranked up the volume on the video and it honestly sounds like he kind of slurs the word “haven’t” as in “not one single day I ha’-ent been proud”
Either way, hopefully he will be relieved of his duties soon.

I have to agree. There is a pause that could be a slurred "haven't"...it could be "ain't"...it could be some other sort of contracted negative.
At the very least, his diction sucks. He tries too hard to speak off the cuff as a 'regular guy'.
Massive failz.
