Very interesting stuff and it may even be true. There is no reason given in it as to, if we are arming the rebels, why an ambassador claimed to be part of this arming was killed?
That would appear, to me, to work against these arms transfers.
Again, this is why I tied it back to either Russian retaliation-by-surrogate for our messing with their proxy (a real motive... think of the whole morass in Southeast Asia) OR AQ putting the kibosh to the weapons going to the rival Muslim Brotherhood, believing they could abscond with them from the Libyans themselves and transport them via their own channels to either Syria or, for example, Yemen as a base for attack on the Saudis.
The problem with the latter is that these rebels reportedly instructed crowds thereabout to raise their voices in protest about the video BEFORE the attack began. It was MB in Egypt doing that. On the other hand, the AQ flag was planted on the annex after the attack.
