That is why we need voter ID. Without it they can not prosecute this woman because they can not prove that she in deed was the one who cast to first vote!

that's the 'rats' only hope.
btw, the 'rats' maybe providing groundwork by proclaiming;

I don’t care who she was voting for. She needs a fair trail and if convicted a speedy execution. Vote fraud is a direct attack on the entire body politic and it needs to be treated just as seriously as high treason.

She was under the impression that she had not voted the first time because of at least bureaucratic problems at the 1st polling place (Henderson), if not also technical problems.

Which raises the questions of, who then among the poll workers at the 1st polling place, voted in her name?

Who among the poll workers at the 1st polling place, was/were not paying attention but should have been, and they left her with the impression that she had not voted?

Her story is, that she then went to another, the 2nd, polling place (Eastern Avenue) in order to try and vote again; where, upon being told that she could not vote again, she left her phone number and a request to be informed of when she would be allowed to vote.

She wasn't trying to hide anything.

The people in government who have been chafing at the bit to make an example of somebody, leaped to some conclusions that a more in-depth investigation would probably find, are unwarranted.

Some poll worker at the 1st polling place, is not quite telling the events there, accurately, when confronted by the fire-breathing special tactical response unit looking to justify the wishes of whoever is running things in the Nevada voting machinery --- the kind of response that Eric Holder has not managed to send to the residence of the two fellows armed with sticks, outside the now-infamouse polling place in Philly 2008.

Before getting our panties in a wad, I should mention. What is she? A claimed republican or an actual one?

Even that is meaningless.
I am a registered Democrat, have been all my life, but have never voted Democrat since 1960.

There is more to this story.
