Hopefully there are enough Republicans with backbones in the Senate to filibuster any more Obama judicial appointments.
Most of anything else that Obama can do can be reversed if the Republicans hold the House (almost certain) and retake the Senate (50/50 at best).

Yep, it’s a long time between Nov. 6, 2012, and Jan. 20, 2013. A lot can happen during that time period. I expect lots of presidential pardons, similar to Bill Clinton’s extensive pardoning in his final hours. I expect lots of executive orders while he still has power.
Obama will be set for life, financially, as he hits the lecture circuit, and rakes in the cash. He will give speeches about how his perceived failures as president were due to Republicans blocking his efforts to transform America into a liberal socialist paradise.
Who knows, he may blame Limbaugh and Hannity and talk radio, for poisoning the well on political discourse. From the liberal point of view, people such as Hannity and Limbaugh and Mark Levin should be censored.

Clinton banned mining it to reward a major campaign contributor, Lippo Group (the Riadys), who just happen to own the world's only other low sulfur coal mine in Indonesia.
Well we shall soon see because I know Romney plans to reactivate the coal mines and give the EPA a good house cleaning. They will no longer have the power they have abused so well.
