I was watching NBC yesterday,The Today Show, and Chuck Todd said that ti wasn't going to be an interesting election day, but an interesting election "month".
This tells me that Obama is going to have his lawyers out, even if it's a blowout.

Unless the election creates another Constitutional Crisis... the SCOTUS will not hear any case to overturn an election and it will not be close so there will be no Crisis and obama is free to waste all of other people's money that he wishes to but the courts will not touch it with a ten foot poll... unless we have a 2000 redux.
