The commander and top officers of a San Diego-based Navy frigate have been relieved of duty after a rowdy, booze-fueled port visit to Vladivostok, Russia. Cmdr. Joseph E. Darlak was removed just over three months after assuming command of the USS Vandegrift.

Well, they've brought back cabin boys, sort of, so can rum and the lash ( between consenting swabbies of course ) be far behind. ( Can I say that? I mean it's not as if I were promoting Applethorp's work is it?)
