......but in France you can ONLY vote on election day, you MUST show 1)Picture ID, 2)voter card and your 3) "voter's book," no exceptions.. ...There is NO SUCH THING as a "provisional ballot." The national vote is tabulated and reported 15 minutes after the polls close.
Which makes them horrid racists, as any decent Democrat can tell you.
