Michael Barone, who is about the best political analysts around, said that voter turnout in college counties is lower in OH, VA, WI, and IA. He also said that Northern Virginia liberal areas around DC are low turnout. I can attest to that. Where I voted in Fairfax County, I was only one of four voters there.

My area of Fairfax, heavily Dem, was at least four times the turnout of 2008. Makes me a little nervous. But sounds like turnout in the red parts of VA is way up also.
