Its enormous in Detroit and the suburban neighborhoods around it and that’s true all over the country. Blacks are even more motivated than in 2008 to vote for Obama. They can make a difference in states where they have significant electoral clout - like MI, VA, NC and IN. Not so much in OH, which Romney may be able to win.
