That’s a shame.
Ultimately I think most of these lost Congressional races come down to Obama coattails. Obama turns out the kind of low-information voters who don’t pay attention, probably never heard of the candidates running, and just vote for all the D’s under Obama’s name on the ballot. West should come back in 2 years and try to win the seat back.
CNN has Michele Bachmann up by 2,000 votes in a 50/50 result.

How is it possible that Mia Love - a Republican in freakin' UTAH - lost this race? Last I heard (recently), she was double digits over Matheson.
Anybody know how Rep. Steve King of Iowa did? He's a good guy and we've contributed to his campaign... hope he won.
It's gonna take me a long time to get over this awful, awful night...
