So that brings me to a question. Is there a test that can be easily administered to find out if someone is "under the influence" of pot? If someone is doing his in their own home that's one thing, but if they are driving a vehicle or operating equipment (or operating on me for that matter) I would want to know if they are under the influence. My position is to toughen the laws and penalties for being under the influence. Especially now that pot is beginning to be legalized in certain states.

Is there a test like the breathalyzer that can detect pot usage?
