Oh how convenient it is to throw one more under the bus, once this POS prez has a new “mandate.” And if she dares to run for the presidency against Obama’s future annointed one? The Bengazhi file will be released which shows what? Guess.( That Benghazi was ALL Hillery Clinton’s fault. This is the conduct of a Stalin, not the president of the United States.)

Only the President has such authority. Military/CIA can ready all the troops and have them in place .. but unless the Pres gives the CBA - the troops have no authority to move. It’s technically - a “stand down”.
There’s a great article here on FR, “Benghazi’s Smoking Gun” - it fills in the details. The Pres got the info .. went to his quarters and never issued a CBA.
Since the pres has no love for the military, he stopped them from rescuing the two Seals that were still there; or else he was terrified that the 100 Marines would kill all the terrorists.
Hillary was responsible for not upping the security .. but she does not, nor did she, have the authority to bring any outside troops into Libya.
It’s too bad she doesn’t have the guts to make that information public.
