The truth is, they are the problem. Let them drown in their own hatred.I agree with this. When I woke up and saw Romney had lost, I said "Damn. Alright." And sat down to work on my monthly budget. I intend to live simply, save money, not contribute much to the economy, and be as happy as I can. I won't do overtime or try to earn extra as the taxes will just take it all. I won't buy anything retail. I'll just continue my own merry way, knowing that all those who voted based purely on abortion, contraception, gay marriage, immigration, or whatever single issue they obsess over, are not going to be any happier in O's second term than they were in the first. People who build their lives around sex or consumerism rarely are.

Sex and consumerism will never bring peace and contentment. Life is about reality, not “feel good” emotions or the celebrity culture. We are all mortal and that mortality comes about sooner than anyone thinks. Riches do not bring happiness and the best kept secret is that happiness comes from helping and encouraging others, not through words, but through actions, beginning with one’s family. It is satisfying to make the best of the resources which come our way. I cook, rather than having us eat out and I am always appalled when I get a food flyer in the mail and check out the price of pies and other prepared foods. I compare the taste and cost of the pies I make and there is no comparison. People need to become clever savers and to become good at re-purposing other things they have around the house. I would say to everyone..Stop trying to climb the social ladder..Be happy where you are..Life is short and those who dream of enslaving us are in this same boat with us. All too soon, others will inherit the earth and all it's problems.
