Cloward-Piven was always a strategy used on the other guy - the MAN, if you will. This is JMHO, but with the libs in charge, the crash will not come. They'll figure a way to keep the system going (continuing resolutions, printing, etc.) until the next election.

Don't get me wrong, runaway spending won't stop. Cronies who contribute to campaigns will still prosper, but the truly poor, those who have nothing to give but their vote, will be shut out until votes are needed again.
