What we will start to see is that congress will be ignored. Over the years congress has allowed themselves to become irrelevant. Now we have people in charge that feel they no longer need congress to carry out the plan to change who we are.
I believe the people of our country, as Levin suggests, now just seek to exist, not live. As sad as this reality is I do not want to give up, I just don’t know if talking and protesting is enough anymore.

The modern purpose of Congress is to give Him the imprimatur, the legitimacy of the people.
Levin I believe, is noodling State based opposition. Perhaps he will promote a Constitutional Convention, or at least the threat of one.
