Well, that was fast.

Just two days after President Barack Obama won a second term, boosted by more than 70 percent of the Latino vote, some Republicans are striking a new tone on illegal immigration.

Conservative Fox News and radio host Sean Hannity said Thursday that his views on immigration have "evolved."

Let's get the women vote at the same time!

1. Abort ALL babies (55 million thus far is not enough)
2. Free condoms on demand
3. A Blue stained dress for all women.

Sean, you really are a blockhead, just like Speaker Bonehead. You certainly have unique solutions to long standing lawlessness and nonfeasance by elected officials.

Amnesty would increase the Dim share of the Latino vote to around 80%. Who thinks the newest arrivals would become Republican voters?

By the time 2013 rolls around, the economy will already have collapsed or there will be even more takers.

When Obama is done, at least he is supposed to be, who knows?, conservatism won’t matter unless you are willing to pander to each group that wants stuff. And that is not conservtism.

I see no hope at the ballot box.

I think Rush nailed it; Give them amnesty all of them let them work play do what ever they want,But; No voting rights for 25 years.

They would find some Judge within 5 minutes of passing to overturn this.

Was listening to Mark Levin the other night. He made a lot of sense regarding the illegal immigration issue. The answer is not running a Marco Rubio or a Herman Cain or a female of any persuasion which is simply pandering to Balkanizing strategies and gender and race warfare amongst the electorate. The answer lies in deconstructing the stranglehold the left has had on our educational institutions for so many years. Start with the children and educate them to John Locke and Friedrich von Hayek and Milton Friedman and Ayn Rand at an early age, teach them how finance works, how the free market operates, teach them the history of the U.S. not the revisionist version, stop the left wing propagandizing that begins in kindergarten and extends into graduate school. Teach in Spanish if you have to. Publish Mark Levin’s book “Liberty and Tyranny “ in Spanish, print fifty million copies and distribute them to all illegals. This was Mark’s suggestion. No it’s not just self interest. Let them read about our great principles and how capitalism and freedom work hand in hand to provide more for the individual than any handout any democrat can possibly give them. End the racial and class warfare paradigm. That is the only way Latinos can or will cross over and vote conservative. It will be a long process but there are no short cuts. Right now the illegals are completely off the reservation as stooges for the Democrats. They are ignorant and the Democrats are subverting them every step of the way. Education is key and the Democrats know it and have known it for years. That is why they have succeeded in installing someone like Obama for two terms.

I dated a Serbian woman. She has this funny idea that letting people invade your country for decades leads to genocide and war.

I have said for years that it students took a year between high school and college and worked at a dead end job, many of the liberal - leftist ideas peddled at college wouldn’t take hold as easily as they fo.

So parents paying for school should say character building is part of your education, defer admission and do this or I won’t pay for school.

Come on guys! It’s now time to use the intellect, and that is something the dems use in a limited sphere.

Listening to Sean Hannity on policy is not using your intellect.

With all due respect to Sean fro his great success as a showmnan, he is a college dropout who has limited use of the language and who is not well read.

He is NOT an elected official.

So, let’s get a grip. There are lots of smart people out there, AND on this forum.

Hannity can bend over and take it up his arse for all I care.

It’s not about immigration at all and the Pubs refuse to see what is ACTUALLY going on.

Democrats have “free stuff”.
Republicans have work hard and save your money.

If you are from Generation “Me”, Generation “Fast Food”, Generation “X”, Generation “Tech” Generation “Baby Boomer”

OR

If you are associated with Homosexuals, Minority Races, Single Parents, Special Rights, Unemployed, Pro-Choice, Union Members, Govt Employees or PTA,

Then what would be the choice for you?

Work really, really hard??? Or Free Stuff??

It’s that simple.

Game Over. I do not think there will a recovery.

Illegals don’t come here with intent of creating a third world country, otherwise they would stay where they were.

Everyone wants a piece of the pie. If you lived in poverty you would try and get your family here, too.

The key is to make it tougher for them and easier for legal immigration.

If lazy Americans were willing to take all of the jobs, the illegals would have no reason to come here.

No, immigration reform is a non-starter for Republicans, who do not have the power to make changes; and the Democrats will permit no changes in which the Republicans might benefit.

Therefore it is a distraction from the very few things the Republicans can still forcefully do. In a nutshell, three things:

1) Refuse to vote for any more continuing resolutions. If Harry Reid wants money, he must actually allow the senate to conduct budget hearings and pass a budget. At first, the Democrats and the MSM will come down on the Republicans like a ton of bricks over this, but two years is a very long time. If the Republicans hold firm, they will force Reid and Obama to do their job, at least nominally.

2) Refuse to cancel sequestration. Mandatory cuts of such scale will traumatize the bureaucracy. The public will be horrified at a 1/3rd reduction in the defense budget. Again, at first, the Democrats and the MSM will lash out at the Republicans, but if the Republicans hold firm, it will really hit the Democrats with both barrels from their big money supporters, demanding they compromise.

3) Refuse to increase the debt cap. Tell Obama and Reid that if they want the debt cap raised, they must do so with immediate spending cuts first, and maybe higher taxes later, not vice versa.

These three things together will be far more than the Democrats can take, and though the Republicans will get huge pressure at first, they can just go into defensive mode. The Democrats are the ones who will eventually be devastated unless they bend.

Amen!! All the GOP need to pay attentiion. I, too, like the amnesty now and no voting for 25 years; however, voting would have to be enforced.

Your no voting for 25 years will be overturned by the supreme court in under 5 and we all know it. Lying to ourselves about it makes us sound like democrats.

I think we must always stand for the rule of law or we are no better than a third world country. I know that our border is immense, but there must be a better way police it. Any other country in the world does not let just any and every one cross the border into their country without proper documentation. One silver lining may be that the attraction the US has for the "freeloaders" will decrease as the economy continues to worsen under Obama's incompetent leadership - if you can call it that!

Hannity just needs more landscapers to help clear the tree limbs on his property from Sandy.

He's been whining about them since the storm hit.

.

Sean Hannity knowingly recruited and employed many illegal aliens while he was in the construction business.

Several years ago he used to brag about on his radio show -

When things got hot Hannity went to the SW borders to use the Minutemen to boost his ratings.

All this crap about illegal aliens paying taxes only means sales taxes - never federal, state, or local income taxes.

Illegal aliens have organizations, churches, attorneys, and printed literature distributed in the USA and South of the Border on how to secretly work (both husband & wife) under the table but still get:

Food Stamps
Govt Subsidized Housing
Medical & Dental
WIC - (food for children)
Welfare payments (cash income)
Legal Assistence

& more - like phoney SSI payments for their (alleged) children - here and South of the Border

all paid for by you - the taxpayers

Suckers!

.
