A teacher at Deerfield Beach High School is fighting the Broward school district over its handling of an accusation that she possibly contributed to a young girl's homosexuality.
Juliet Hibbs, a straight woman currently on medical leave, was investigated last year for misconduct after the girl's parents made those allegations to the school's principal. However, the district cleared her and no action was taken.

Teachers should stick to the 3R’s and mind their damn business. It’s not up to them to “help students find out who they are.”
The article states that the girl is 18 years old.
The teacher claims texts to the girl from her stepfather were "child abuse." You can't "child abuse" an adult.
And her teacher didn't make her a lesbian either.

The teacher didn't have sex with the girl.
The stepfather claims that it was the teacher's responsibility to tell him that his adult daughter is gay!
This is a really stupid story.
How can that be?

Of course there wasn't.
About an hours drive away from us, a male teacher was caught having sex with his male middle school students. (If I remember correctly, there were as many as 5.)
Parents had a fit. They went to the school rather than the police. The school made an agreement with the parents who didn't want the lives of their children destroyed by a homosexual scandal. The teacher would resign and leave the state.
Later it was discovered the teacher left the state, but was given an outstanding letter of recommendation to take along with him. My guess is today, there are boys being molested right now by this queer, but their moms and dads haven't found out about it yet.
She was a politically correct adult body present at the school who pretends to be a teacher. The parents, who are responsible for the kid, should be informed of such dire circumstances concerning their own minor child. :(
The moral of this thread is that most people do not bother reading the article, the headline is all they need.
No cause for action, move along. All the experts tell us that there is nothing wrong with homosexual relationships, so how can this be a bad thing?
