After reading the articles you linked to, it reinforces my belief that the Tea Party should unlink itself from the Republican party and become it’s on political party.

We have no hope in relying on the GOP to represent those who put them into office any longer. They have proven total incompetency to mirror conservatism or the middle class.

Every time I see the video of the “crazed bitch” (Nancy Pelosi) telling the Republicans that they have to vote and approve a bill before they will know what’s in it was bad. However when the Republicans actually approved one of the most disastrous bills ever conceived, it was apparent that the Republican party was over. How incompetent can anything be?

Once again, my favorite mantra applies...”Republicans, the go along to get along party.”

In this day and age of instant communication via internet, I encourage all who read this (along with all who they know) to start the process of forming a new national party (such as the Tea Party) that will run it’s own candidates from the local, state and national levels.

We only have four more years before the United States, as founded, will simply rot to the point of absolute communism.

Read Post #31. We ARE taking over the GOP. It wasn't going to happen over night and they weren't going to take it sitting down, but it HAS begun.

Today 04:04 AM - in reply to cp97816, Sally Zelikovsky answered a gloating commenter to her What Conservatives Need article, wrote this:

"Maybe the media should stop pressing pundits for predictions and we should all just wait until election night. And not all of them predicted a landslide. Polls were tight. What you did see in the last weeks of the election was a jazzed republican electorate and a tepid democrat electorate. Obama had trouble admitted by both sides getting numbers, enthusiasm....even the O campaign was worried. What happened to all of that momentum and enthusiasm? Did it disappear? Was it never there (were both sides lying? blind?). As for the country not agreeing? Please, it was almost a dead heat in the end in terms of the popular vote and the popular vote elects the House...this country is evenly divided. As for our ideas? THe press and academy control the narrative....and as for ignoring the loss, that won't happen. You have awakened a sleeping giant in 2008 and now that giant is ticked off."
