I think we need to face the fact that the ELECTION polls are right and these attitude polls, while they may be accurate, are extremely limited in their relationship to voting.

L.S. We have a employee, he works part time for us and part time for U.P.S..

If you polled him or just listened to everyday gripes and concerns, he appears to be a conservative.

Wednesday, discussing the election, he said, "When I got in the booth I realized I don't like any of the politicians, so I voted for my family, I voted straight dem because the union guys convinced me they would give me more then the republicans"

I not only left the room, hell I left the building before I exploded.

This is what we face.

If enough people did as this guy then it explains why the polls were wrong. Enough people told the pollsters one thing and voted another.

Yeah. I met an Army Col. the other day who did a tour in Iraq. Black guy. It was clear from his comments about the election which way he voted-—for a man who has done more to undermine the U.S. military than anyone in the history of the office.
