How many of the GOP states will refuse to implement the Obamacare health care exchanges? I think two of them are Virginia and Florida.

I think Texas is another one. I figure the number of states will grow exponentially in the very near future.

Many will. But here is a problem. Insurance COMPANIES are national, and as they become unprofitable in some big blue states they will go out of business or change their models altogether. It’s less state policy driving this and more about how much they can tolerate financially.
