Until today a recount of the first 3 days might have been sufficient, but because of the stonewalling and shenanigans and SOE Walker’s violation of the public trust, a full accounting of all votes should now be demanded.

There is a mechanism in Florida law called a “contest” a kind of lawsuit which can't be filed until the election results are final. Then all these issues can be presented to a judge who can order the needed recount. The state doesn't do recounts unless the margin of victory is .5% or less. (see Dorworth race in Seminole county- automatically recounted today)

Overseas military ballots are still outstanding and being accepted- they get counted statewide on 11/18, I think. I haven't seen any figures on how many military votes there are in his District. Not every county has active duty personnel as permanent residents- most tend to cluster around the big bases- Jacksonville, Pensacola, Tampa, Orlando. But I would expect him to be popular among the troops.
