I used to love Penney’s but it’s even painful just to go into the store. It’s almost empty. No choice!
They used to have quality stuff. I loved their Stafford Executive shirts. And their shoes. Solid.
But over the years, they because bidding this stuff out to some of the crappiest manufacturers. It’s like third world market stuff now. And the face pierced kids with tats slouching around the sale floor to “help” you was the last nail in the coffin. The homo stuff later on just confirmed my decision for me.
