Absolutely nothing at all to do with you! You can and will do whatever you wish. That is the good thing about America!
Spend the day going through closet and find out of style or clothes no longer fit. Give them to salvation army. Go to food store (less lines) buy small canned items on sale and donate to food bank.
For families you just need to give your presence.
