I have not seen the picture so have no first hand experience, but I have read this is a new more sensitive Bond with exploring his childhood as well as a scene that might be interpreted as sexually ambiguous. Freeper comments welcome from those who have seen the movie.

Bond wasn’t ambiguous in that scene. He was tied to a chair and unable to move. It was the bad guy - Raoul Silva who demonstrated overt bisexuality. Javier Bardem played Silva to a perfect level of creepiness.
