Since the first Civil War answered the question about being able to secede (NO You Can’t!), I wonder if we can kick some of them out of the union? Sort of a Donald Trump “Your Fired” method of getting rid of the trash. I figure if we just got rid of CA and NY, all our troubles would be over for now!
The first civil war was the American Revolution. The answer was “Yes you can”. Its not a suicide pact you know?
Of course we can secede. It is the obligation to do so when the government is operating outside the Constitution. The founders seceded from Britain and we can leave the failed union.
