For the record, I agree. Our forefathers were capable of such courage only to the extent that they allowed themselves to experience pain. Those who know no pain, who ignore it, vote against consequences.
I have felt the same pain, and cried the same tears.
Only I did it last year after Obamacare passed. I knew it was over then.
We just have to find a way to tell our children and grandchildren how we failed, OR we can continue the fight.
But if we continue the fight, it cannot be a civilized fight this time.
This is the choice we must make.
