Russian president Vladimir Putin claims President Barack Obama is planning to visit Russia, the outlet RIA Novosti reports.
"US President Barack Obama has confirmed plans to visit Russia at the invitation of his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin, the Russian president’s spokesman said on Tuesday," the Russian outlet reports. "Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Obama made the statement when Putin called a second time to congratulate the US president on his reelection."

Figure that anybody under 30 has NO recollection of the Cold War and the evils of Communism. Instead they've been taught by communist teacher's unions that Communism is just "another lifestyle," that we can't be judgmental of other "cultures," and it was never properly executed.
The communist infiltration of our institutions has paid off handsomely for the statists and dictators.
AFAIK, Obama and Lugar were detained in Perm as part of an investigation against a Russian company involved with a US government program to dismantle a derelict Soviet nukes. There was an alleged kickback and espionage scheme, agents in charge had no idea these guys are US Senators. They thought Obama and Lugar are some American businessmen or CIA guys so they wanted to interrogate and examine their baggage to find what they got from a Russian CEO. Once in custody, Obama used his phonecall to inform a US consulate in Yekaterinburg or Moscow Embassy so they were free in a hour to avoid a diplomatic scandal.
Also, Obama and Lugar illegally used USAF jet for their fight so Russians detained aircrew and seized a plane to search it to save face after a major screw-up.
Maybe we can trade?
For a half a bottle of vodka and an AK-47 they can keep him.

Sounds like Putin has high expectations per Obama's 'flexibility'; and he is letting Obama know; he had better be ready to ante up.
I hope when he returns from his trip he finds the SEALs have changed the locks at the White House. Good riddance, home wrecker.
