I can see dear leader turning this down. Qatar and UAE are arab countries that we get oil from - not something he really wants to import - and the less oil supplied to the US, the higher the price; plus, they do not really threaten Israel, thus no reason to help them. On the other hand, if any arab countries export terrorism, especially to the US - Israel too, dear leader would be tripping over himself to help them out with whatever they need.

Is this a joke? First of all Qatar and the UAE have financially backed all the “rebels” who turned out to be sunni extremists all over the middle east. They are big fans of the Muslim brotherhood. I dont understand how you do not see Israel surrounded by extremist sunni states as non threatening to its existence.
They may be small countries population wise but they are financiers of terror, do not be mistaken about it. Once they have their fully sunni dominated middle east they will eradicate any presence of a minority within their borders. The treatment of christians in Iraq, egypt and coming soon Syria.
