FARGO – Former Fargo radio and TV personality Ed Schultz slapped down speculation this week that MSNBC may replace him in its weekday lineup, according to media reports.
The New York Times reported Sunday, citing anonymous sources, that MSNBC was considering replacing “The Ed Show” in the left-leaning cable news station’s 7 p.m. weekday time slot, opting instead for a show hosted by Washington Post columnist Ezra Klein.
MSNBC denied there prime-time programming changes in the works, TVNewser reported.

Schultz is actually on at 8 pm eastern. Tweedle Dumb is on at 7 pm and it’s a repeat. I can see them moving in Ezra for one of Tweedle’s shows.

MSNBC has scraped the bottom of the barrel with Schultz, why replace him when there’s nowhere lower they can go?

I’ve thought for a while that old Wiener-dog (Huma’s “husband”) would have that show by now. I heard that he was slated for a Current show, but that went down the drain.
I actually think his show would be pretty funny to watch. He’s quite hysterical—a real scremaing Mimi—and he’s at least smarter than Special Ed. Ed is so dumb it’s not even funny.
I’ve wondered how old Wiener-dog has been paying the bills...anybody know?
I hope the screen door doesn’t hit him in the keister on the way back to Kiester...
If he does get replaced, when will anyone notice?
I recall seeing Wiener doing an interview on Fox News. He was so incredibly arrogant. He thought he was getting the best of Megan Kelly because he was critiquing Fox but she was destroying him on the issues. When he resigned I recalled that interview and saw it as his comeuppance. Of course many libs are just like him and they need to go also.
I find it hard to believe anybody actually watches his show....
Even though liberals are low information or no information viewers, Ed is simply unmatchable....
His positions are basically nonsense or worse made up out of thin air...
