Who has curtailed Mormons from practicing their lst amendment rights to speaking out about Mormonism?

Answer: NO ONE

So if mere critiques serve as somehow infringing upon the lst amendment, then be consistent: If you apparently don't think Mormonism is to be critiqued, then by parallel, you must think that your critiques of anti-MormonISM = similar lst amendment infringements
