....she is a reserve officer in military intelligence. Probably has a TS clearance at a minimum.

I does not matter if she has a clearance level sufficient to be privy. She must have a need to know AND authorization to possess.

Nobody seems ever to have said anywhere that she shouldn’t have had this information or even possessed it...simply that it wasn’t being held in a way that was “secure.”

That's true, but this is Reuters...look at the language—”The contents and amount of the classified material - and questions about how Broadwell got it - are significant enough to warrant a continuing investigation.” The classified info that is being referred she may legitimately have a reason to have. Reuters could just be using a very broad brush to smear her with.

There are so many layers here—
