I believe the “yes, we built that” crowd should invoice every customer the true price of the good/service and surcharge with regulatory fees - much like when you get a car rental receipt with “airport concession fee” “franchise tax re-coupment fee” etc. It would be a useful effort for the US Chamber of Commerce to support.
