Treaties go through the Senate. They have nothing to do with the House.

I said it was DOA and left it at that, and I did not say the UN treaty would go through the House. I said Feinstein’s gun grab legislation would go through the House where it is DOA.

True. But any funds for enforcement have to originate in the House. But it would be preferable to get/keep enough pro-gun Senators to block action there as well.
