But the White House says its not going to propose the idea... White House spokesman Jay Carney on Thursday reiterated that a carbon tax isnt on the White House to-do list. We would never propose a carbon tax, and have no intention of proposing one, he said.
Of course not. nobama will just have a lackey write an EO making the carbon tax the law of the land. The House of Representatives be damned. nobama doesn't need their approval.
