I've set up cheap toilets consisting of a five gallon plastic buckets with trash bag liner. A second five gallon bucket of lime and a scoop nearby. Use, add lime, seal the bag and when full put the lid on.
Finally burn the full buckets. Cheap and sanitary. Cost per toilet? Maybe $10 at the most.

Insanity.

70% of welfare dollars never reach the “poor”, it stays in the bureaucracy.

Entirely believable

Could have hired a few extra people for the week to quicken the lines - then no need to hire toilets. Hey but that’s non-government thinking.

Nice, though, in such a personal way to be able to give back a little something to the American taxpayers who made it all possible.
