I would be very, very surprised if Corbett doesn’t cave.

Since PA betrayed the country in yet another presidential election, he’ll probably think that going along with Obamacare is the best way to re-election.

Damned if he does, damned if he does not. The law provides for the Feds to establish the exchange if the state opts out. One could argue that opting out would throw a monkey wrench into the ACA and cause the law to become unworkable but at the risk of more Fed control of state government. Opting in would give the state more control but at the risk of signaling that the ACA is indeed the settled law of the land.
