A link to Ken's page is below. Please if you are VA citizen consider becoming a delegate for Ken Cuccinelli at the VA GOP Convention next year.
bump for home!
Bolling 52%
Cuccinelli 46%
While you are correct as to a ‘strong’ candidate, I have a slight ‘problem’ about his ‘pledge’ that he was not in it for higher office, he had enough work to do as AG.
It isn’t a deal breaker, and I could probably overcome it, but it is something to be concerned with.
He definitely is the Conservative in the race which is what will convince me ....
How about the Allen camp ‘crying’ that the VA legislature and Romney were the cause of the R’s losing VA.
If Allen camp was concerned Romney wasn’t ‘getting out the vote properly’, they should have upped their efforts.
Virginia Ping! If you want on or off the Virginia Ping List, please freepmail me.
I agree that he is the Conservative in this race.
The Allen camp has an interesting cry. It will be fun to see how they play it at the upcoming RPV Advance. I think the Allen camp did a decent job of getting their candidate out there, but I think they relied on RPV and the R&R campaign to get the vote out. They definitely didn't do it...
They shut down the poll because they are pushing for the paid off soul Bill Bolling. Bolling is a putz.
I’m not aware of a pledge that he made.
= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =
Pledge here is NOT to be misconstrued as him staring us in the eye saying “I will not...etc...”
From his Wikipedia page
After his election as Attorney General, it was speculated that Cuccinelli was a potential candidate for governor in the 2013 election[83] or for the United States Senate in 2014. Cuccinelli himself stated that he was considering running for the Senate.[84] Two days later, one of his aides said, “We haven’t ruled out anything. He’s not actively considering a run for any particular office at the moment. Ken is operating under the assumption that he will run for reelection [in 2013]. He hasn’t ruled out any option besides running for president, which he has no desire to do.”[85]
On November 30, 2011, The Washington Post reported that Cuccinelli would announce within days that he was running for governor in 2013; the next day, Cuccinelli confirmed that he would run.[86] Cuccinelli said he would continue serving as Attorney General during his run.
That posted (I had thought of going ‘private’) I really thought I had heard words to this effect prior the election but the statement ‘backs up’ what I was referring to.
However, I did see some other things that I was unaware of, realizing, of course, it is ‘Wikipedia’.
You may want to ‘check it out’ for yourself as it really isn’t all that ‘flattering’...nothing major just the type of BS that when put together ‘they’ can make a dent in his campaign.
Missed the poll but liked the site.
Thanks, and I’m all for Ken!
