"Can you assure the American people that there have been no breaches of national security or classified information in the scandal involving Generals Petraeus and Allen?" I don't know, it seems to me like having your consulate over-run and your ambassador killed and your secret files strewn all over and your CIA base exposed and attacked could constitute a security breach.
