Homeland Security graduates first Corps of Obama’s Brown Shirts – Homeland Youth

It Makes Sense Blog October 7, 2012. Vicksburg. The federal government calls them FEMA Corps. But they conjure up memories of the Hitler Youth of 1930’s Germany. Regardless of their name, the Dept of Homeland Security has just graduated its first class of 231 Homeland Youth. Kids, aged 18-24 and recruited from the President’s AmeriCorp volunteers, they represent the first wave of DHS’s youth corps, designed specifically to create a full time, paid, standing army of FEMA Youth across the country. On September 13, 2012, the Department of Homeland Security graduated its first class of FEMA Corps first-responders. While the idea of having a volunteer force of tens of thousands of volunteers scattered across the country to aid in times of natural disasters sounds great, the details and timing of this new government army is somewhat curious, if not disturbing.

The killing will, of course, begin in the cities. Interesting photograph of Mexican Army cadets. And I can guess that FEMA’s army won’t be white.

Oh yes, and FEMA was so much help after Tropical Storm Sandy. FEMA even closed up and ran for cover before the next storm arrived leaving the victims as they were before - no power, in the wreckage, no food, etc.

I just spent a hair raising week of possibly losing my son to the state and a suspiciously too neat of a foster care home and some state “socialization” program they had in mind.

After spending a summer with few occasions at work I taught my son who is 18 and under state custody because they decided he needed special needs because of his autism I taught him how to use a cutting torch, how to operate a forklift, how to weld, how to operate a bucket loader and even the basics of operating a concrete mixer.

The office of children’s services (OCS) here in Alaska blew a gasket when they heard I was actually paying my son to learn skills bypassing their programs requiring years and degrees just so he can be “better” than others and then get to the head of the line for a supermarket baggers position.

And then they had the gall to still view him as a piece of cattle in an auction lot refusing to hear him and his goals, no they were too busy hunting for troops, but in reality they were trying to soak me for him to be placed in another foster home. Takers seeing I am a good maker, but I’m not making any more and not leaving anything for them to take.

HY was 14 to 18.

This group is 18-24.

It is, if anything, more reminiscent of the SA.

Look what is happening right under our noses. The mass of people calling Alex Jones a kook must be starting to thin out.

I was curious about the armed yute photo. Thanks for clarifying.

While I don’t doubt the Kenyan’s ultimate goal...use of that photo in the article was a little disingenuous on the publication’s part.

They’re gonna need a HELL of a lot of replacements if things go south. Those 231 won’t last long.

Absurd to fund this. There are already groups of first-responder volunteer groups throughout the country, men and women of all stripes who are highly trained and equipped to come together and respond in their own communities to natural and man-made disasters.

BO’s version of FDR’s CCC....only these “youth” can’t build anything. They will be employed on the taxpayers’ dime waiting for a disaster to happen to go to work cleaning up debris, extremely pricey enterprise. Talk about another waste of money!

Prayers up for you both, FRiend. We’ve been fighting the Social Serpents to keep some modicum of control over a great grandaughter’s life, one who has spent half her life in our house. It isn’t easy.

Thank you, its was such of an event of this custody hearing it made my wife go into a total disconnect, she cried for hours the way the state was playing to auction her son off to another foster family because they said they could offer a better care program, yeah right...

First off they also have two teen aged daughters in the house, big “no” check mark there, then any visitations by me must be made in advanced an at certain times only. Then is their insistence my son must be part of their liberal social agenda that eerily reminded me of a scene from “Addams Family Values” the movie where the children are placed in a liberal summer camp and then forced to watch Brady Bunch non stop until they are brainwashed.

But in the end my sons attorney basically did his job, I wasn’t there but for now my son stays in the wonderful home he is in and the other foster family will have to search for another candidate they can rustle up and to then get paid for. Foster child placement is just short if not right on the edge of human trafficking in America. I pray for the day it too will be abolished for a better system instead of a meeting where the highest or lowest bidder wins custody for foster children.

Remind me again how it is the GOP congress continues to fund FEMA in general, and this aberation in particular?
