Having just read Daniel Greenfield’s article one post up, I see the left as Hamas/Gaza and the right as Israel. So many parallels. The right fights for peace and security, the left just fights.

Very well said. I think we really are at the tipping point. What’s really troubling is there seems to be is this delusion by people where they have forgotten life before Obama - completely forgotten our country, it’s history, it’s principles. now it’s all about Obama -I don’t recognize this country, and I don’t want anything to do with obots. This election really changed the way I see things going. Now I think the only option is to separate. Let them have their government cheese.

I, for one, will not feed the alligator.

I have severed contacts with all whom I deem or know to have voted for Obama. My services are no longer available to them——at any price. When they need help with bookkeeping or a tax question, I ‘don’t know’. When they need someone to feed their animals while they go off to a vacation, I am NOT available any longer. When they need someone to run an errand for them, I don’t have the gas or the time.

I may not be a very big cog in the wheel, but this cog is going to be very selective in whom she does anything for. In the past, I passed or dropped bookkeeping clients who made me nervous with their data & methods. I didn’t need to be a part of that then, and I don’t need to assist the stupid Obama voters now. When their layoff comes—which it will—I will have no sympathy.

I am ‘going Galt’ in a very minor way, but I will put sand in the cogs of others in any way I can.

You are sooo right. Sometimes the only way to deal with a “drunk” is a punch in the nose and kick in the nuts. Additionally, you are correct that compromise with them just invites more attempts at powere over you. Never attempt to negotiate or compromise with a drunk or fool. Slap them silly and make them run off into the night screaming like a little girl. After it happens to them, often enough, they stop.
